This article is about how to use Hibiscus as an alternative medicine for the treatment of heat, cough, bronchitis, gonorrhea, and to Expedite menstruation. we know that hibiscus is one of herbal plant that can be used as a alternative medicice, it is usually used as a traditional medicine in indonesia.
Take a hibiscus root to taste, wash thoroughly, then finely mashed, enter or boiled in boiling water as much as 3-4 cups for 20-30 minutes, then cool, strain for the potion into three. Drink it in the morning, afternoon, evening. Do this continuously until cured.
Take the hibiscus leaves 80-10 sheets, Wash, then boil the water as much as three cups, after boiling enter hibiscus leaves. Let it cool for 20 minutes, then strain and drink it in morning noon and night. remember to drink two table spoons only. do regular treatment until cured.
Take the hibiscus flower 2-3 florets, then boiled water to boiling as much as three cups. then enter a hibiscus flower and let stand for 20 minutes, then cool ... .. then filtered and drink this potion morning noon afternoon. remember to drink a quarter cup each.
take 6 hibiscus flowers, wash then boiled with three cups of water until the water remaining 3 / 4 cup ... .. after that filter water for and let it stand for one night, then divide into three ... and then drink 3 times a day morning day and night. You can add honey to taste the feel.
Take three hibiscus flowers, wash, then milled until smooth .. add one cup cooking water / boiled water and a little vinegar mix well .. .. and then wring it out and take the water ... for this three-part formula for in drinking in morning noon evening.
